I guess the real question is whether the potential user(s) are sensitive to chemicals. New RV's definitely give off at least an odor that can be difficult for those with chemical sensitivities.
As to the question of "toxins"....well, alcohol has a toxic effect as does most soda and cheese is largely rotten milk....it's all a matter of degree.
