Sorry to hear what happened. Common sense says a typical toy hauler ramp should easily handle the weight of a full-dress, touring bike. These manufacturers know exactly what 90% of these ramps are used for--ATV's and motorcycles. Like everything else in a typical TT or toy hauler these days, most are engineered to handle the bare minimum and nothing more---a sad, but true reality.
FWIW, I've winched a 1100 lb. jetski and trailer into my toy hauler a number of times without issue. I believe this is a bit more weight than a full-dress, street bike.
IMO, you're never gonna get a straight answer (especially in writing) on your ramp from the dealer or manufacturer. Unfortunately, they have more to lose than gain my doing so.
+1 with what ksss recommended. Reinforce your door with some 3/4" plywood or something similar. If you don't, chances are the door will "bubble" again.
