I had the same issue on my 2010 Raptor, crease right down the middle of the door. At the time mine occurred I had never loaded anything without 4 wheels in the garage, so the bs about not using the center of the ramp is just that.
I think it was just poor build quality on mine- luck of the draw. I also don't think my door was caulked right and this lead to delamination of the layers that make up the door.
Keystone told me it was a lippert roclem, and to call them. Lippert replaced my ramp door at no cost, and I was beyond the initial warranty period. I have no issue at all with the way Lippert handled it, I feel they stepped up.
After replacing the door the issue never returned. I did end up buying an FLHTCU and rode it up the ramp many times, at speed even (didn't want to lose momentum). No issues at all.
I think you just got a Monday-built door...
