Toy Hauler Ramp Door defective

I have 2 touring motorcycles that I have been loading into the Voltage since 2011. We only take one of them at a time and they are loaded straight up the center of the ramp. Yes there is a line down the middle of the ramp on the inside and outside, but after 20,000 miles of use and dozens of loading and unloading cycles, nothing more than the single line down the middle. The Voltage door is also made by Lippert, so unless they made some major changes between yours and mine, I would think you should be able to get many years of loading cycles out of that door.
