toy tote for hauling motorcycle on my 5th wheel

Motorcycle weights 800 lb they claim the purpose of the swivel wheel under the center of the platform is to distribute the weigh evenly and not to overload tongue weight. What I'm looking for is the comparison between the swivel under the center or the swivel wheel at the back of the platform. Was wondering if anyones has either one of these units (toy tote or cruise lift swivel wheel) to give me their input on pulling it behind my 5th wheel.
