I can only speak for the Rocklin store, but I was satisfied with their service.
We bought our Attitude there last fall. I am the pickiest person I know, and I was on the phone almost every day the week before delivery with questions.
They were patient and responsive.
Just do your due diligence, and take as long as necessary to go through the PDI.

They dont have a service shop on the fwy side but it is across the streat in their used lot. One reason their prices are so low they dont have the big showroom or any of the big name dealers have.

They sell everything there and a lot of them. We looked for a TT there before purchasing my last one. They did not have the model we wanted and seemed more inclined to sell what they had rather than order one. I understood that as they had a large inventory, just not what I wanted. If you buy used from them, they WILL replace all that is wrong or missing off the trailer.

I'm going to have to do some serious looking there. They have some floor plans I have not seen elsewhere. Rocklin would not be a bad drive either as I go there once in a while because I have a warehouse there.

THey have another location further North in Rocklin (near Sacramento). I was in there just last week to look at some trailers and they were helpful and not pushy like I was expecting.

THey were very interested in my current trailer and whether I had plans to trade it in.

Besides trailers, Toy Hauler Liquidators also has Class A Toy Haulers, i.e. Thor Outlaw.

I got my trailer from them, I have nothing but good to say about that deal. I understand their used inventory is pretty low. They move a ton of trailers something has to be good.
