ToyHauler Ramp rebuild; which adhesive?

I have been working on fixing the rear ramp door on my 2006 Forrest River Sandpiper sport due to rot from water being trapped on the bottom of the frame.

Now that most of the cancer has been removed I am going to patch in 1/4" plywood. As you can see there is a metal frame with Styrofoam in between. I want to use contact cement instead of adhesive because I really don't have the means to clamp that large of a surface.

Can someone recommend a contact cement that is strong yet Styrofoam friendly? I was thinking of DAP woodweld or Stabond E-183 which is very pricey.

    Contact cement could melt styrofoam if contact is direct....I would go with a construction adhesive, why would it be difficult to clamp? Several 2x4's across with clamps would work...Or just weight from top....Contact cement is good but requires some very clean dust free surfacing to work correctly, much more sensitive to work with and prone to failure because of that....

    I see super 77 was mentioned which reminded me of Super 90. That might be the ticket.

    Used Super 90 to adhere to the foam and liquid nails along the metal bracing. Let this dry and cure then I'll glue the filon back on with DAP woodweld.



    I also anchored the Luan down with waffer head self taping screws.
