We love our 2009 CC Silverback. Very few issues over the years and CC service was GREAT. Currently we have a sticky galley tank valve, which is no big deal because I installed an extra valve at the outlet...so no drips.
Had a Trailaire issue with my airbag, and they made sure I had the replacement part free of charge, and found a local store that had the right part. I walked into the Fastenal store and they guy had the part waiting....no charge as Trailaire had it covered.
I'd get another CC.
