Most local RV shops have the tools and lifts to do the job. I am fortunate to have a mobile RV tech who comes to my house. I helped him some, raising and lowering the front jacks to meet up with the hitch we loaded in the bed of the pick up, etc. Took us less than 30 minutes to remove the old hitch and and install the Trail Air.
