If you can get it loaded into the truck, your problem is solved and therefore do it yourself as per B.O. Plenty suggest above.
I've replaced a few myself, if you have a torque wrench, it's a 1/2 hour job at most.
My friend is coming over tomorrow and will help get into the mini van, my wife will follow me in van to CW.
