I think all of Trailair is now Lippert (LCI). Good or bad.
There is a trailair Rotoflex that pivots a little in the front inside rubber bushings, a Trailair air ride with an airbag and shock, and a Trailair Tri-glide with the airbag, shock, and floating plate that works a little like the Demco gliding hitch.
We have the Tri-glide and you can really see it work. On a rough road you begin to feel as if the trailer isn't really connected.
