No issue with water collecting at the awning. Some condensation with temp changes but not enough to be a concern.
Truthfully, the reason I cover it is I want it at home so I can tinker with things. Cheaper and closer than commercial covered storage. One perk I noticed is leaves and sticks don't seem to collect on the roof anymore...they must blow off easier than the EPDM.
We can get very strong winds in Lynden (60+) but the past two years have been relatively mild. I did have to put a Styrofoam pipe insulation on the outside part of the ladder...it was wearing small holes in the cover at each rung. The cover has not gotten dirty or moldy and seems to be holding up OK.
Its a little cumbersome to put on and take off but I can do it by myself. The cover weighs nearly 50 lbs. I tie a rope around it and pull it up to the rv roof. Watching
