Like other said... backing up has been the biggest challenge I've had. I was pretty good with my 20' bumper pull car hauler, but this 36' 5er is a challenge. Getting better though each time I back it up.
For your question about hooking up alone... Assuming you dont have a toolbox on your truck you should be able to see the 5th hitch. I can easily see mine out the back window of my Superduty crew cab. So it's easy to hook up by myself.
Just remember if you're hooking/unhooking alone, TRIPLE check every step since there are no other eyes there to check your work and catch mistakes.
