I have been in this small trailer because I had a smaller truck. I was pulling with a small V8 F-150, but in December I bought a bigger truck in anticipation of a bigger unit.
So much to look forward too. All the space. Bigger fresh water tank and waste water tanks. A TV that I can play video games on comfortably. (Yeah, I am on the young side for a full-timer. I was smart enough to realize what a great lifestyle it is at an early age).
We went from a tent to a class C to another class C to a trailer to a 29 foot single slide 5er to a 2006 33 foot triple slide 5er. The first trailer and first and second 5er was pulled with a 96 F-350 Standard cab 7.3 PSD SWD. We needed the extra cab room and moved on to a 2000 Dodge 2500 5.9 Diesel club cab. We traveled to Alaska with the old Ford and never had an issue. 5ers are a great way to travel. Good luck to you and click on my signature link.
