I have a Dodge short bed so will need a slider. Going to keep the size down to <28 ft and hope to keep the weight down to <8000 UVW. So pin should be < 1600. Will I need air bags on my 2500 SRW 2500? If I get the trailer 6 in above the bed how hard or easy would it be to have bed contact? I plan on boon docking now and then.
