Trailering with propane ?
This might seem like a dumb question but this is my first big trailer. Is it ok to run the fridge on propane while traveling from one spot to the next to keep things frozen and cold ?

Never had a problem with things thawing with the propane off, even when towing for over six ours in 90 degree weather, so I don't use it. If I did, I probably would. Just can't see the point in running with a pressurized propane system if I don't need to. Others do, take your pick.
Well, if you are not emptying your propane tanks, you ARE traveling with a pressurized system.

Certainly there is a certain amount of risk traveling with pressurized anything but if I travel with the tanks on, every line in the system and every shutoff valve in every appliance is pressurized. If the tanks are off, they are not.
