Transporting 5th Wheel cross country- Qustions ?

We were quoted $2.00-$2.50 per mile about a year ago when we wanted to move the new 5er and our truck was out of commission for the delivery day. We did not use anyone as the truck was fixed in time but those were the numbers they gave us as a starting point.
