So I have been reading the tire threads and I'm getting more lost then I was before...
So If I'm not mistaken I should avoid.
China tires.
ST tires.
Goodyear Marathon.
I have a fairly light Jaco 5th wheel, so G and bigger tires are not needed.
I only have 225 75R15D tires, I think I will find a decent Lt tire and enjoy.
David we had a 2007 JayFlight 28.5

This was us at 2 years, now I did tow over 65 mph. But I had before with other USA made Goodyear Marathons on other trailers at this weight. I went to LT235/85R16/E BFG's under our Jayflight. Other than the cost there was no downside to this swap for us. We ran them for just over 2 years under the JayFlight. And that set of BFG Commercial T/A's has now been under the Mountaineer for almost another 2 years, Labor Day they will be 4 years old. The only thing required to put the LT235/85R16/E BFG's under the Jayco was to put the springs in the lowest holes of the spring hangers. They were real close the slideout wall on the left side, but in 2 years I never found any indication that they had rubbed. For us this swap worked out good, it provided just the last little bit of lift needed to level the trailer with the 3500DRW truck.
