Tries to stay away from

So I have been reading the tire threads and I'm getting more lost then I was before...

So If I'm not mistaken I should avoid.

China tires.
ST tires.
Goodyear Marathon.

I have a fairly light Jaco 5th wheel, so G and bigger tires are not needed.

I only have 225 75R15D tires, I think I will find a decent Lt tire and enjoy.

    I never knew Marathons were made in China. The ones I got at Sam's Club 2 years ago were made here. Says so right on the tires.

    Why should a new Marathon be any different? They're still made in China, correct?They still go BANG unexpectedly.

    I might try a Maxxis tire as they are not Chinese made. Best bet is to upgrade to a 16" LT tire.

    The newest Marathon made in the last year should be an improvement over the first try at Chinese manufacturing a few years ago.

    You wont find a 15” LT tire with adequate load capacity to replace your current tires.

    The LT225/75R16 LRE will be your best fitment choice.
