Tripod brace for 5th wheel...really necessary?

Boils down to what works for you. It also makes a difference whether you are weekend warriors, part timers, some timers or fulltimers! We're fulltimers and have a 38' Carriage with a rear entertainment center. Bi-Pod helped just a bit but was a pain to put up, take down and find a place to store it. Adding rear arm jacks at the very back helped some but again not enough elimination in movement for me. Have been happy since adding permanently mounted stabilizers over 7 years ago. Di
