What (if anything) can I haul in my truck bed without worrying about interference with the 5th wheel hitch? Thanks

WAY TOO MUCH CRAP! As long as it is lower than the hitch and bed rails, you're fine. Just watch for anything that could catch on your emergency breakaway cable for your brakes.
