Trying to install window film insulation in 5th wheel

I want to install some window film on my windows because I have excessive condensation but the problem I have is that I cannot cover the entire window because I cannot remove any of the window treatme...

I think if you will look up inside the cornice board you will find they are held on by L shaped brackets. You can get a long (18 inch or so) screwdriver at Harbor Freight to get them off. That is what I had to do to fix our day/night shades several times.
