Trying to install window film insulation in 5th wheel

I want to install some window film on my windows because I have excessive condensation but the problem I have is that I cannot cover the entire window because I cannot remove any of the window treatme...

Isn't there a possibility that putting film on the inside will allow the glass to heat up too much in the summer? Or is it just single pane glass.
If double pane what about putting the film on the outside so it cuts down the heat B4 it gets to the glass.
