Trying to install window film insulation in 5th wheel

I want to install some window film on my windows because I have excessive condensation but the problem I have is that I cannot cover the entire window because I cannot remove any of the window treatme...

You grab the bundled up shade with both hands and push up a bit and twist the bottom of the share away from the window to release them. To install you hook the top corner near you and twist the bottom towards the window.
