TST Monitors

Does the flow thru 507 work good, or do they take air really slow? I have the 507 that you remove on the truck but they sent the wrong ones for the fiver.
  • I've had them going on 3 years. When I replaced the batteries last year I called to get new gaskets and they sent me new gaskets and screws in case I lost one. The price was right, free.

None whats so ever, great company to deal with, the product does what it is intended to do and price is very comparable to the competition. I would recommend them highly.
  • To CumminsDriver, I have had them for four years with absolutely no regrets. Just make sure that you have metal valve stems. For the rest of this post, I do not have flow thrus but am interested in others experiences. Thanks for the op asking the original question.

    well, or not actually!...

my time estimation rule is 1-2 seconds per psi.. with the flow thrus its more like 5 seconds per. (specially going from 105 to 110 on G tires, using my 60 gal shop compressor at 150psi shutoff)

  • I've got the flow-thru sensors, hadn't noticed a reduction in flow when adding air ... but then again, it is generally only a few psi that I need to add as the trailer is used on a monthly basis. In fact, thinking about the time to add a few psi to the TV tires, I'm hard pressed to suspect there is much difference.

They are slow to fill thru. A couple psi is ok, 10 I pull them off and put back on.
