TT vs. 5th wheel: ease of towing
I've been towing TT's for years. Tired of doing all the towing. I want my wife to help out on long hauls but she is not at all comfortable getting behind the wheel (see my rig in my "signature" below)...

My DW wouldn't be comfortable doing the (any) driving, and I wouldn't be if she did, LOL!
IMO - the type of RV probably won't solve your "problem".
You're better off taking your time.
You could go to a fiver and have the same dilemma..:(
BTW - had both TTs and 5th. (MHs & a TC also)
Advantages to each - (IMO) the 5th is much more stable than TTs on the road - can almost forget it's back there.
