What is the most preferred set-up for providing TV and maybe internet service while traveling from location to location

we use the free wifi for basic stuff.. I travel with a Verizon MIFI that we will use for a secure network.. and If there is no tv.. we also have a sling box account.. as long as you have internet you can have tv....
