TV/Fifth Wheel combo provide an acceptable ride?

Mine rides very rough unloaded. I find an improved unloaded ride by lowering tire pressure to 55psi all around and keeping the air bags at 10lbs. In the non-towing season I keep 500# of sand bags in the bed which helps a lot. The front heavy duty springs are likely making things worse. The front GAWR is 6000# but actual weight loaded or unloaded is under 5000#.
