TV/Fifth Wheel combo provide an acceptable ride?

I think maybe the 4X4 Camper/Plow/FX packages may have something to do with it. My son rented a 2016 last year and said that it didn't ride like mine does.

There's a Ford truck forum that I'm going to join and if I can find out anything there I'll report back here. I'd change out the front springs if I knew it would improve the ride.
