There are models with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths... I haven't seen any with 2 full baths.
Mobile Suites has the Manhattan that has two full baths but I see no way to get a queen in it. - the_bear_IIExplorerMost manufacturers "for a price" will modify an RV.

There are many with a kids room and 1/2 bath at the rear. I'm sure you could have a manufacturer or carpenter put in a queen or full bed instead of the bunk and couch these have.
Another option would be to get a toy hauler 5th wheel that has a 1/2 bath in the rear garage and then have a carpenter create a bedroom in the garage area or use a murphy bed or aerobed and create your own 2nd bedroom.
