sorry, not true.. there are TWO parts..
class C is single or combo less than 26,000
class B is tow vehicle greater than 26,000 AND towed less than 10,000
class A is combo greater than 26,000 AND towed greater than 10,000

Sorry, you are wrong, not sure why this law is so confusing. Why can't you understand what the first sentence says. A& B both say tow vehicle greater than 26,001. Class C applies to tow vehicles less than 26,001. The words MORE and LESS have didferent meanings.
No one in Texas will be fined for pulling a heavy RV with a light truck, and if they are a judge will dismiss the case. I went to trial over this and won.
What you are writing is absolutely not what the law says.
