I would have saved a lot of money if I wouldn't have been so concerned about weight when I started in the early 90. My first three looked good but the lites proved to be expensive problems down the road... and the last one couldn't even make it down the road without the outer siding and innner paneling coming off. A heavy rigid frame and strong construction are worth way more than saving a little fuel... Believe me. Constantly trading in that junk also hurts a lot. I don't know about today's lites but I wouldn't take a chance.
I've had three WELL built and HEAVY fivers in a row, now, and they are GOLDEN! Piece of mind is priceless. Craig
