UltraLight 5th Wheel recommendation
I am looking to purchase a new Ultralight 5th wheel. I have been looking at JAYCO Eagle HT 26.5RLS and the Cougar Lite 26SAB. They are very similar in floor plans but differ greatly in construction....

Tsk, tsk, I'm sensing some serious 1/2 ton owners syndrome going on here. I'm neither misinformed or ignorant about pulling trailers of all shapes and sizes and weights all over the mountains here. Working for a highway (bridge) construction company, I've pulled all manner of loads and trailers (5th wheel, goose neck, ball hitch, pintle hitch) with 1/2 ton up to 1 ton trucks. I believe they were all ford products as well. If using the correct sized truck for the load it will be pulling makes me biased, then yes, I guess I'm biased. Guilty as charged.
