Main reason I bought my Northwood product. Drove 300 miles to get it. Nearest dealer is 60+ miles away. Better deal driving 300 miles. Had a warranty issue early on. Called Northwood, they sent me to an independent RV repair facility.
It's the 1st thing to check when buying out of town. How will repairs get done.
It sounds like miscommunication and no follow thru. Get pushy and demand things be done.
