Unable to get sanibel fixed under warranty?

I'm sure the people there have better things to do than to scratch your counter tops and chip your paneling...Drive the 300 miles and get it fixed. I can understand it!!!!! We had our former DP in a repair shop for 3 weeks. They had hail damage vehicles coming in, told us to come get ours even though it wasn't repaired yet. The inside was TRASHED!!!!!! They had pop cans, candy wrappers all over, dirt on the floor (OIL!!!!) and had a part taken apart that wasn't to be repaired!!!! Oh, and the bed had been SLEPT on!!!! No, we'll never go back there again....but I DO believe OPer because of our experience.
