I recently had to take my 2014 Montana to a non-selling dealer for 3 issues I wanted fixed under warranty. All the issues would have been easily addressed by the dealer at my CG, which is 1/2 mile from the non-selling dealer. They refused to come to CG and had me haul fiver to them. They spent an hour working on rig and couldn't fix anything! Either they didn't have parts or felt the repair was too involved. They got approval from Keystone and billed them for the labor under warranty. So now I have an appointment at my selling dealer we will stop at on the way to Florida this fall (1200 miles away).
