Makes me glad I bought a Northwood product. Service anywhere, anytime. They will authorize repairs for any local RV repair place. I shouldn't any but they will make a point to find a repair facility close by.
But that does raise the question as to how I would be treated at a non buy dealer. I would hope it would be a good event. I wonder if the OP is just having trouble getting his local dealer to get approval from PT and since he never bought from them, maybe they don't give a rats ***.
