I bought my Keystone Challenger 200 miles from home because there were no Keystone rv dealers near my home that sold this trailer we saw at a show. When I had a delamination problem I went to a near by dealer who just started seling Keystone products and talked to them about getting it repaired by them because I already talked to Keystone about the problem and they ok'ed it and dealer said they will only repair their customers trailers. I had to take it 200 miles to get the problem fixed.I must say though, I know it may not hurt them but I refuse to get any parts I need from them now. I will just buy on the internet and have them shipped to me.
