OP -- thank you for the info --- we're in the market, we'll avoid their products!!!!
They're =supposed= to be getting paid by the manufacturer for performing warranty work, same as any other dealer. Just because they didn't make any money on selling the unit shouldn't let them off the hook for valid warranty repairs.
