Looks like you have a 2016 Cedar Creek so that's really strange. Assuming it's still under warranty, I might try to detour by a Cedar Creek or Forest River dealer and get them to just take a look at it to make sure there's nothing that has to be fixed immediately or it will cause additional damage.
