Unknown or erroneous title on single axle fifth wheel

Some more dimensions....97 inches high. 90 inches wide. That rear deck/rack is 29 inches wide... imagine. Main body is 11 ft long at mid section. Overhang holds the full size mattress. If it's manufactured in 1990 I could have towed it with a gas Volkswagen pick-up with the five speed transmission. However... while I believe the 800 lbs empty weight, it would be easy to overload it. Stick a motorcycle on the rear rack and it would be too much for the old VW Rabbit.
