Unloading the trade in into your garage at home only to have to move it back into the new one is wasted steps and unnecessary extra work!
Same here, you park next to the new one at the dealership door to door and transfer you stuff. Dealerships suggest you do it that way all the time to help you out.
That might work if you have a couple of hours, plus we took out our new theater seating and put the original sofa/bed back in. Reconfigured the interior to stock. Removed the built-in Surge Suppressor, swapped out the 120AH AGM for the original RV/Marine battery, put the stock TV antenna back on it, ETC
Try all that in the dealers lot.
