Dave, I think you could get that fixed for far less than $10,000. I am going to show you a couple of pics of mine. Both sides, roughly straight through the bedroom window were cut off, about 5 foot each side. The repair shop ordered two panels that were laminated. They took those panels and cut them to fit and then fiberglassed the seam. The cost was approximately $3000 or $1500 per side.
I am sure you could find someone near you that repairs fiberglass sided RV's. Good luck to you sir.
If you look close here you can see the seam before I had it fixed.

Now the seam is gone.

This side was also repaired because of delamination from roof leak. Cut was straight down thru window.
