One thing you really need to keep an eye on with the equa-flex equalizers is to inspect regularly for cracks. Equa-flex is notorious for this and complete failure could be disasterous. The failures occur primarily on the main body (piece that bolts to the hanger) and to my knowledge always occur on the inboard side. The member needs to be clean to see if there is a crack because the crack will start off being very narrow before growing and opening up.
