- 1travelfunExplorerThanks! Great check list, it is complete.
- Y-GuyModeratorFirst of all welcome to RV.net! You can find a PDI check list here. Need to also test the fuel pump so bring a few gallons of gas to make sure it works in case the gas tank is empty.
There are always units to avoid, the top of the page has info about the Weekend Warrior line, not all had issues but some did so I would say read the first bit so you know which units to avoid. Fleetwood line had major delam issues in about 2004, but those are easy to spot.
Key is to remember that you need to inspect any unit, even among a bad run there can be good units and even a really nice unit can have problems lurking. Leaking roof can damage the floor, aging tires need to be replaced, etc. I'd encourage you to spend some time here, read about problems people have as it can educate you to what to look for, and as you find a unit of interest do a search on it to see what's been said. Use the Advanced Search and search the posts from over 1 year ago too, after a year posts are archived so there is a lot of good info that's there too.
