What is the best location to jack up a 5th wheel to change a tire! Axel or frame?

Don't know about triple..best guess is it won't work
I do know it won't work on my double axle 5vr.
Can't get enough lift to raise the other axle/tire off ground
I jack under axle right where the springs are attached.......all of the trailer weight is suspended/support at that location on each axle so my jacking p wheel there is not going to hurt anything.
Besides.....I would have to build crimping 12" high in order to use a jack on frame. And that AIN'T happening on the side of the road!
