I would expect that all issues be repaired BEFORE buying. Why would a buyer want to make repeated trips, at his expense, back to a dealer to make repairs AFTER purchase? We hear lot's of complaints about dealers on this forum and how long it takes to get any repairs made after purchase.
The OP posted what the factory said about the issues. He is now left alone to deal with them and repairs before purchase would have satisfied him. Refusing to buy before repairs would have lit a fire under the dealer.
