Just because Thor owns Keystone like Forest River owns Cedar Creek doesn't mean that Thor or FR is the root of all problems. Many folks have owned brands owned by both parent companies and have good/bad relationship. Most divisions as I believe them to be, are independent and can do pretty much what they want. We are on our 2nd RV. 1st one was a '06 Cedar Creek Silverback that we owned for 12 years w/o a problem and those that we had, CC took care of them and then some. Last year we bought a Heartland Big Country and from what I've learned, years back when smaller, HL was over the top customer service. Well we developed a problem w/ 2 slides to which HL took care of, no questions asked. Buying the coach out of state, We went over it quite throughly before we signed any paperwork on day of pick up. Didn't find anything wrong. So as the case for OP, this is a Keystone issue and if not right, then a lawyer should be given a call to.
