I have the 11# cylinder for my Weber grill. Expensive...yes, Doesn't rust...yes, safer than a steel cylinder...they don't explode they melt down. Lighter...yes noticeably lighter empty.
I tried to purchase the 31# cylinders this year and was told by Viking they don't make the 31# any longer due to low demand. They make the 22# for the front of travel trailers but I have 30# steel in my FW.
It was worth the price to me for the 2 year warranty, non-corrosive, lighter and safer. My Viking will likely outlast my two steel 30# tanks on the FW.
