I think that the sad reality is that all new RVs have their problems, and it's pretty normal to have to take it back to the dealer for warranty repairs.
I would look closer at the dealer's Yelp reviews for repairs than anything else, because you'll need to partner up with them for your first year of ownership.
The day our warranty punch-list was done and I could finally say goodbye to our horrible dealer service center (Giant RV) was one of the best days of my life. I've never been happier to flip someone, I mean say goodbye to someone. Since then, we've hired a great mobile tech to deal with any of the odd problems that I can't fix myself. Our trailer has been a dream since then though.
